Program Overview

Your CIEE Summer Global Internship program in Seville lasts 8 weeks and features two key components: A full-time internship with an international organization (approximately 30-40 hours per week) and an internship seminar. Enhance your experience with co-curricular and extracurricular activities while building career skills, expanding your professional network, and immersing yourself in Spanish culture. Samples of past excursions and activities:

  • Explore two of Seville's most iconic landmarks with a knowledgeable guide, including the Giralda Tower and the beautiful gardens of the Alcázar
  • Soak up Spanish culture through neighborhood visits to some of the most emblematic locations, such as Triana and Santa Cruz
  • Learn to cook traditional Spanish dishes with a local chef, starting with a tour of the vibrant Triana Market to source fresh ingredients

CIEE Seville:?Study in the heart of Seville in a beautifully renovated 18th-century palace in close proximity to shops, markets, restaurants, cafés, Catedral de Sevilla, the Royal Alcázar of Seville, and other important monuments. CIEE Seville features six classrooms, a library, an academic advising office, a student life office, and a computer lab.
