Program Overview

This January come to Seville and learn the history of Spain’s three cultures, Muslim, Jewish, and Christian. Dive into the political, economic, and social developments of Spain that influenced each of these cultures and discover how art became a manifestation of religion and political power. Through visits to museums and historical sites you’ll gain in-depth appreciation for Spanish culture.

VISIT SEVILLE’S EXTENSIVE HISTORICAL SITES

explore and discover a thousand years of history through the Indies Archives, the Gold Tower, the Cathedral of Seville, the Muslim Royal Palaces, and so many more locations around the city.

  • Explore Seville and surrounding cities with fun excursions to locations such as Cadiz, Cordoba, Malaga, etc.
  • Live with a local family who can introduce you to the city’s culture and help you adapt to life in Seville.
  • Experience the magic of Noche Vieja, Noche de Reyes and attend the Cabalgata (Three King’s parade) in Seville.
  • Share activities with local students to engage in historical and social experiential learning opportunities around Seville.
