Psychology & Social Sciences

Vienna

About the Program

Vienna, the birthplace of modern psychology and home to renowned thinkers like Freud and Frankl, offers a world-class environment for students of Psychology and Social Sciences. Perhaps not surprisingly, it is also a city where the study of society has a long history. Courses cover topics such as youth cultures, childhood development, virtual identity, the immigrant experience, and more. Students can also gain hands-on experience through internships or fieldwork in public service, NGOs, or teaching English. While German is required, no prior language knowledge is necessary. With support in housing and cultural activities, Vienna ensures an authentic and immersive study abroad experience.
